Roadmap Template

Roadmaps are a powerful way to show how your program will be developed. This eye-catching roadmap template allows you to position work activities into Now, Next, Later, and Ongoing categories.

This format is described in my article "A Roadmap for Developing a New Service" in the publication Strategy for the Rest of Us.

The template is a presentation file (Microsoft PowerPoint) containing roadmaps for 1, 2, 3, and 4, parallel capability areas. I also include a completed roadmap (shown above) to show you how it can be used.
